重庆万州凯威斯酒店在万州滨江路上、万达广场旁边，处于万州区繁华地段周边餐饮很多，但酒店大门不在滨江路，而是在滨江路支路上面一点，导航可以直接到达酒店。酒店有地下停车场，停车场入口在滨江路上，就在进入酒店大门的支路口，酒店大门也有少量露天停车位；离店时向前台索取停车票就可以免费停车。
我订的是江景标准间含双早，房间清洁卫生，观江景视野较好；房间设施相对较为齐全，洗澡间和坐便器是分开的、方便同时洗澡和上厕所，但是好像没有洗澡用的凉拖鞋。
洗澡水很好，但是没有护发素。
房间之间隔音还好，但由于房间与长江之间是滨江路，所以晚上还是有些噪音，需要关闭窗户睡觉是否安静；窗帘遮光性较好，关灯后房间较黑。
由于晚上睡觉较晚，而早餐时间只到9：00，所以没有吃到早餐，不知道早餐如何，建议适当延长早餐时间，方便不赶时间的住客。
服务方面还行，但是退房时因为查房，等待时间有点长。
此次本人是自驾游经过万州，个人觉得对旅游的人来说，入住凯威斯酒店还是一个不错的选择。

个人不看好这个酒店，可能是我半夜到的原因，但是我是做了担保的。给我的房间和网站上的面积极为不符合，而且床是1.5米的，房间很小。而且这种酒店很多打麻将的，吵得很，估计靠近万达，很多酒吧女入住的原因，酒店生意还很好。感觉艺龙这是和商家合伙欺骗消费者。望艺龙和商家修改房间面积，你确认你有网站上宣传的这么大吗？
