房间是用密码开门，睡到一半服务员把门打开了，说以为我门的锁坏了，问他怎么能开门（他们有员工密码）说是来提醒我关好门窗？？？ 问前台有没有停车票，叫必须给好评截图才给停车票，人生第一次差评交代了🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

酒店位置在重庆大学背后，从一条很清幽的小路进去的，空气很好。装修小清新，充满文艺气息，大堂有别传统酒店，设了图书墙，深得我心。可惜天气不佳，不然户外露台喝杯咖啡看本书的感觉肯定很不错，只能下次再有机会体验。入住和退房都很方便很便捷，房屋设施齐备，很有家的感觉。特别表扬前台婷婷，十分热情，退房后发现遗漏了围巾，与婷婷联系后，很快给了反馈并且能够帮忙邮寄，这样的服务感受超级赞，下次到重庆还会选择的！
