春节，晚上十点多，没找到酒店停车场，电话问前台，不耐烦地告知停车场进口，下负三楼，标识不清，愣是没找到电梯从哪上去，再电前台，问是哪栋？答不知道，然后告知随便一部电梯都上去一楼就行，于是拖家带口，大包小包，上到一楼，蒙圈！是商场一楼，再次从扶梯（停运）走下楼梯，办理登记入住，然后又提着大包小包爬上扶梯，上去房间。房间内环境还凑活，可是到洗澡的时候，全程冷水！我了个去！因白天已累趴，全家不洗澡就爬上床了，第二天洗刷继续无热水！！都不懂网上买了多少水军才得这么高分！如果有0分，我会打-1分！很难忘的一次体验！
