谢谢店家送的甜牛奶水果和花生。但是同为服务行业，酒店的前台显然不是很称职，在顾客说了你好表达来意并向前台投以微笑的时候，且不说做为服务人员，就算是陌生人也该回以微笑吧。整个入住办理就在工作人员冷冰冰中进行着，这方面需要加强哦。
