房间里是非常闷热的，空气一点也不流通，没有排风扇，这些都不说，退房时让人更气愤，前台的人叫人查房时说可以退房，到最后竟问我有没有把拖鞋带走，真叫人可笑，竟把我当贼，这种态度下次再也不去了，服务态度差劲极点！

超赞，热水很热，出行方便，离解放碑不到100米，正好在跨年的警戒线之内，九点之后已经不放人进入跨年的集会了，而我们近距离的感受了跨年的激情。酒店也很人性化的允许参加跨年的人们进来取暖等待十二点到来。离开的时候网约车司机都夸说位子好。

位置好，环境好，房间卫生舒适，美足不足的就是早上退房时查房只有一个工作人员，等待时间太久，如果需赶飞机、火车的话，怕会误时，望改善!

酒店位置特别好，饮食、购物购很方便，距离轻轨站特别近，解放碑和洪崖洞近在咫尺。酒店内房间宽敞舒适，设施齐全，住在22层，可以看到江景，夜晚的景色非常美丽。
