酒店后边的停车场好像临时的，像是旧楼拆除后的地面，又脏又乱。酒店的硬件设施很好

非常好找，离汽车站和火车站都很近，从汽车站打波波车2元，周围有菜市，去浦寨的话直接到马路对面拦2路公车即可。走路到北广场夜市大概25分钟，服务也很好，房间干净，不吵，有窗

继续昨天发表的问题，还要一提就是处理与艺龙订单确认价格不符问题。大堂经理很有礼貌，也对这件事表示歉意，很快就帮我办好手续 ，可能另外那位服务员培训不足吧。

预订确认了￥168,到店前台説临时涨价了，要￥189，其中一个前台服务员态度恶劣，就算我提出艺龙确认短讯，他也不管，説艺龙没有收到酒店方面的确认就发我短讯云云。哎，这是什么客服，也不替客人想想。最后我还是自己打去艺龙，也得到艺龙承诺补回差额。我就不跟那服务员斤斤计较。但是这酒店的客服一定要再培训了。酒店是新开的，房间和设备也好好的。
