卫生间分隔干湿区的条形东西消失了，冲凉后水流了一地，马桶下面全是水，向前台反映后只是帮忙搽干，治标不治本

总体不错，不方便。去景区坐车不方便，回大新也不方便，在景区到酒店等车等了一个小时，在门口回大新的车等了两个多小时。房间里床上还有蚂蚁

我已经说得很清楚了，下暴雨，我又是老人又是小孩的，我去不了酒店，结果艺龙真的牛*，一分钱不退，现在买房卖房机票火车票都能退，我五星酒店也住了不少，你**艺龙说不退就不退，有这么牛吗？我不要这几百块钱了，还添钱去帮你宣传，没事宣传艺龙的无良，奸商，****，垃圾商家！

走进酒店就像走进了公园，房间有点旧，但是很舒服。最喜欢的是在酒店散步，还有餐厅无论是菜品还是味道和服务没得挑！
