  🚗 交通：位置很好，方便停车，楼下是娱乐场所，隔音不好，两点多还能听到唱歌，门口的感应灯还时不时亮一下，绝了。 🧹卫生：卫生可以，重新装修的。卫生间下水道没有通，洗澡的时候水漫金山 拔掉下水道塞子都是头发，不去水。卫生间没有放卫生纸，尴尬。 空调开26以下有较大噪音。
