硬件环境不错，但是服务仍有提升空间。有一点，已经有过很多次了，我开具发票的时候需要酒店提供流水账单并盖上酒店的章，前台居然一个行政章都没有，然后告知我财务已经下班，无法盖章，每次都要汇报经理特别处理此事，最后只能过后盖好再邮寄给我。这样不仅对宾客是一种不方便，对酒店来说也是增进运营成本造成浪费。
