硬件设施还可以，服务极差！！我退房时赶时间，落下了充电线头在房间，前台只是告诉我这个事情，也不说送下来还是让我上去拿，然后我急忙去取，电梯需要刷卡，前台也不给卡我，让我白跑一趟又赶回前台取卡，上到房间，东西又不在，也没有服务员在。下来前台问，前台才打电话给房务，说是已经收起来放在房务了！然后前台也没有任何态度，我叫她们说让送下来，前台才去取下来。来回折腾了将近三十分钟，前台的姑娘还是一脸漠然，既没有任何道歉也无安抚的语言。还耽搁了我的时间。

我觉得哦！号称崇左第一的酒店就这水平！我笑了，去崇左出差几次，比不了人家天湖性价比这个好多几倍去，还有圣展环境比他好，搞不懂对得起国际这两个字，睡觉半夜滴答滴答的响，找了好久才发现是空调开关响，不知道还以为闹鬼，另外空调很响太low 了。还有前台服务员个个面瘫一样，开个发票很不情愿一样。
