该店硬件设施不错，不过房型较小。服务不行，我到店后入住发现窗前的沙发上有两个大大的脚印，打电话给前台说要换房，前台说让服务员过来看，等了10分钟也没有人来理我，正好有个服务员搞卫生，我喊她进来，她还满脸不高兴，就拎个抹布说擦一下就行了。我只好下前台去交涉，然后就听见前台打电话给做卫生的服务员询问有无房间可更换，结果服务员态度很不好，在电话里就跟前台吵架，说做一个房间要一个小时，让我等一个小时。后来我说要找经理，前台才又打电话给经理，经理再去跟服务员交涉，最终等了半个小时才换了房间给我。
