住得最不开心的一次，服务员业务能力有待提高，不能刷卡就算了，后来我上了携程网上订了而且己经网上支付了，前台人员说网上订的一样要在酒店付现，我说我己经在网上支付了不可能再付第二次要不你们打电话问一下你们老板再搞定才给我办理入住气死我了
