前台服务态度好，客房淋浴喷头都没有，刚刚退房硬是说茶勺不在，昨天下午来了就出去玩了，晚上才回来，塑料透明的茶勺谁要呀，这不是冤枉人呢嘛

本来一进来觉得可以，但前台安排房间安排在9楼最边边，而且旁边不知道干什么、一晚上有特别大的声音、无法入睡，还有早上7:30被前台的电话吵醒，打来说叫起床了？又被吵醒，建议好好培训前台，态度也特别差。

吃完早点出来，小孩去上厕所，门是锁的，打扫卫生的阿姨在厕所门口洗毛巾，孩子让她给开下门，她让孩子回家去上，我们是来消费住宿的，又不是来路过上厕所的
