酒店在当地可以算最好的了，房间大，环境好。就是艺龙网不负责任，我前三天下的单，酒店前台说艺龙没有打电话给他们，幸好最后我们自己解决了，要不然要把人急死。我打电话投诉艺龙，结果也没个回音。艺龙是怎么了？
