首先说好的:酒店是新开的，房间很大，在山顶上很清静，空气很好，房间是木地板，无异味！
其次是第二天早上早餐发生的不愉快:因为头天晚上入住时前台没给早餐券，去吃早餐时餐厅说凭早餐券吃早餐，我说我没有，但有房卡并出示了房卡，一山东大汉说，你去前台拿，我说可以。因为带着老人和两个小孩，我就说你先让他们吃着，我马上去拿餐券！我本人立马去拿券了（同时这个大汉死活不同意先给小孩拿个馒头吃着，因为有一个一岁多的孩子肚子很饿了一直吵着要吃馒头所以我妈就说先拿一个给小孩吃着，对方不让，我妈自己拿了一个馒头给小孩）还说万一你们不是住这个酒店的，从其他地方来吃早餐！想骂脏话，忍住了！就这个酒店的早餐（清汤小米粥，稀饭，馒头，煎饼，鸡蛋，咸菜）还是由这个凶巴巴，讲话没素质的大汉掌勺打菜的形式一人一份！前台服务员过来调节，那个大汉还一副有理的样子，最后前台说是他们的失误在拿房时没有一并把券给我们，提出把早餐费用每人6元退给我们！谁稀罕你的餐费和所谓的早餐，作为一个入住你们酒店的客人，被餐厅的那个大汉弄得一肚子的火气！最后酒店经理给了我他们的处理意见！重要的是我家小孩吃的那个馒头姐很大气大方的拍了10块钱给餐厅，这是我自己花钱买！解气后来带着家人在外面小吃店吃了热乎乎暖心早餐返回昆明了！

早歺不行，内容单调，吃碗米线别的就不能吃了！房间装修完气味较重，服务也不行，都需要改善！
