我为什么其他都五星服务给两星呢实话那两星是给前台的，客房服务实在的奇葩，入住第一天早上一大早跑来拍门问我卫生间里面有没有那个什么玻璃水，然后中午吃完饭回去休息又跑过来拍门，我问他干嘛的时候竟然一边说看看搞了卫生没有一边自己开门进来，天呀我出差十几年都没见过这样的管理，我要是在冲凉怎么办，而且有没有搞过你们自己不清楚还要从新再每间看？房间是客人休闲的地方除了火灾都是不能轻易打扰的，这是做酒店的铁律，你们呀不想说了，或者我要求太高吧
