酒店黑押金啊！我住了一天以后续住时换了房间，第一天是艺龙预付的，后面是直接现金，所以在第一天退房换了房间后直接信用卡刷了预付款，酒店服务人员并没有退第一天付的押金给我，因为后面继续住我也没在意。可是等我出差事情结束退房时候，我说我的押金没退，酒店工作人员说预付款扣了房费，剩余的押金已经退了！可是第一天给的押金没退啊！我就跟她说那可能在前面那个房间名下了，反正押金一百没有退给我，她还是坚持前面那个房间没有押金记录！！那好吧，刷卡预付款押金退了，前面一天付的一百元现金押金就这样被黑了，酒店也没给押金单，说都没地方说了！这是管理漏洞！虽然钱也不多，可是不会有人被黑了押金还很开心的吧！真是第一次出现这种情况！

找了好久绕着文一路文二路兜圈子 好不容易找到了酒店的入口 晕死我了……房间很小 两个床一放基本没有活动空间了 小朋友要看动画片 结果电视很多频道都卡飞了 没办法看 早饭管吃饱不管吃好 我就喝了碗粥 清淡点也好 号称四星级 儿子说还没昨天在临安的三星酒店设施好……
