第一次带宝宝回老家住酒店，恰逢跨年，房源紧张。前台为我们协调出一间有地毯的房间。不管在哪个角落碰到酒店的服务人员都让我感受到了真正的宾至如归。非常的亲切。让我对来安又有了新的认识。真的棒极了！

前台短发小姐姐服务很好，看我脸干还给我润肤油，如果酒店房间里直接配就好了，房间只有沐浴露洗发水，没有护发素。别的都挺好。

酒店总体满意，中央空调不给力，空间打不暖，开一晚上也没有温度上升，联系出风口可以做成下斜度好的排风口，便于暖风下吹。周边目前还比较空旷，吃饭的地方不多，不是很方便，酒店环境还是很不错的，价格也给力！

第一次出差到来安，看酒店评价挺好的，来试试确实很不错，房间还送了两盒牛奶，很贴心，服务员介绍说酒店配套有健身房和游泳馆可以免费使用，因为太累了也没去，床很舒服，卫生间和淋浴间分开的，出热水也很快，早餐也很丰盛，值得推荐！
