  这次随先生回防40年前下放的故地：滁州李集，入住了本店，先生感慨不已，酒店这么漂亮，工作人员服务亲切周全，尤其看到餐厅工作人员非常勤奋，滁州市有如此改观，他説两年后再来，我们还是要入住滁州港滙喜来登酒店

  大堂及客房的服务还是可以的，但是酒店的应急服务意识淡薄，入住的时候説房型升级了，我还是挺开心的，入住後趟在床上，越趟越湿，才发现被褥垫子全是湿的。跟前台沟通後，就一个客房服务人员来看了一下，然後一个工作人员上来説：你们换房是吧，直接给了房卡就走了。从头到尾没有一个解释，也没一句道歉。作为一个五星级酒店，让顾客缺少了宾至如归的感觉。体验感就差很多。顺带説一句，衞生间反上来的下水道味道很重
