1.前台说房间都有充电器，到了房间发现没有，联系客房借光了说，前台说那就没有，后来发现前台醒目的地方有共享充电宝，就在前台工作人员可以看到的地方，工作人员服务态度一般;2.房间空调不制热，打了一夜很冷;3.冰箱直接锁着成为摆设;4.淋雨损坏，浴缸排水口堵塞;5.押金竟然只收现金，所谓四星级酒店告诉我不可以预授权，房间没有消费品搞不懂为什么还收押金;6.房间卫生一般;7.房间门损坏，不好关，且无法反锁;8.退房时间长，体验一般。以上，请酒店好好整改!
