酒店整体还是不错的，准备洗澡发现淋浴喷头坏的，叫维修的来，说配件仓库下班，然后把浴缸上的喷头换了算修好了。马桶冲水阀不太好用。地毯上有污渍。毛巾颜色发暗。周围也不太繁华。早餐不错，38元的早餐中西都有，煎蛋，面档，水果酸奶都齐全。另外，定家庭房三人住，给两份早餐，免费饮用水两瓶，还是没把孩子当人看啊！

第一次住华美达广场，比较失望，酒店门口旁边有台挖掘机和堆放一些杂物，门口也没有保安和行李人员，整个像没开业或者停业整顿的状态。办理入住时前台黑衣服男士说话语气比较傲慢，可能是觉得自己长得帅吧，房间浴缸内有毛发，当时就请隔壁打扫的工作人员帮忙处理了，地毯比较脏。退房时比较顺利，走廊遇到查房的大姐会主动打招呼，前台几个妹子也比较热情给我说琅琊山的情况，只是为什么她们都不带名牌以至于我不知道她们名字，
