这次的入住非常的不开心，服务特别差，以后不会住了！入住时间为5月15号，由于14号就开始预定，结果通过其他订错为14号，先不谈我的错，但是你作为酒店服务，客人未入住不是事先先沟通一下吗？结果15号入住以后在前台办理手续时候也未告知我！退房以后联系订房平台客服，酒店前台宋小姐互相推卸责任，态度强硬，我说解决不了，那就找你上级领导解决，结果宋小姐拒绝，另外由于房卡也丢失，我让前台查找，结果前台查找监控，在没有我给我观看的前提下就认定结果，宋小姐说没有查到！服务态度令人失望！说有什么事她可以直接决定！让我直接赔付50元！反正以后不会住了！
