房间还好中规中矩， 但最让人不满意的是说好7点半到10点是早餐时间，到了10点早餐全部吃光了（我们9点45去的，还没到10点），没有了，就剩几个小馒头，几根老玉米，真的啥都没有了……别说我们一家人没东西吃，还有至少十几个人都没东西吃！餐厅服务员还态度狂差，一副你投诉就去投诉去吧的态度，让人无语，第一次在安徽酒店住宿，就对安徽的酒店服务大打折扣，太让人失望了，硬件上去了 软件差远了

大雪天洗澡没有热水！！！打电话到总台，对方说我也没有办法...我们两个第二天集体感冒！房间没有茶叶咖啡，枕头真的差评，还不如连锁酒店的枕头舒适。房间插头多，充电方便，隔音好。房间送的水是冰露，太差了，能不能增加一点预算用农夫山泉？第三次体验了，觉得很不合适，没有前两次体验感好。
