酒店房间比预期好太多，房间很大，但是确实这个位置离商业区太远，如果要吃饭，不是点外卖就是吃酒店，另外酒店的服务没有和这个酒店相匹配，前台服务员跟新人呢，我说自助餐多少钱，住客有优惠吗？竟然让我去问餐厅。我打电话问酒店要一副刀叉，告诉我不一定有，要去问问，如果有直接送去，一个大酒店怎么会没有，等了十分钟我再去去关怀热线，竟然没人接，酒店关怀热线没人接？这太过分了，虽然后来刀叉送到了，但是服务确实不行。
