下午两点到的，打电话下去说餐厅没有吃的，态度也很不好，退房的押金说退房就退回到自己的卡片，到目前为止，没有收到退款

酒店在市区，价格确实便宜，但是服务，卫生都极差。同程订好了，到离店都是待入住状态，前台一副别人欠她钱的脸，态度极不耐烦不客气，我同程付了一次房费，因为酒店查不到要求我又刷一次预授权，离店时要求当场退回还变成我不对了。什么鬼！卫生条件看下图，一进去时的毛巾长这样。从来不给差评，无语了！

酒店服务态度极差，前台早上基本没人，打一个小时电话没人接，打电话给总机然后直接又转给前台，没人处理问题。设施老旧前台收银员一看就是老油条，跟别人欠她几百万一样板着个苦瓜脸

老牌的国际酒店了，房间很大，设施全，但是装修和家具比较古典，整体还不错，下次还来住。缺点是房间略微吵一点，靠近三北大街的房间上双层玻璃更隔音。
