酒店地处慈溪市中心商业街，地理位置非常好。酒店所在大楼内含写字楼和酒楼人员混杂，无梯控安全性不高；酒店楼层公灯照明太暗，房间门口灯无法照亮房号牌；房间内卫生间门对床，两人入住晚上如厕会相互影响；浴缸部上部吊顶已损坏严重，房间内地毯很脏有很多烟头印；早餐只能以吃饱为准。无健身房，有免费停车
