软件方面很好，称得上四星，前台服务员很nice，礼貌热情，工作服务灵活，微笑起来可以倾国倾城，房间干净卫生，虽然酒店看得出有点历史，但卫生、客服依然保持着很高的水准，很好地诠释了客服的真谛。住得如意。

房间卫生不佳，拖鞋只有一双还是用过的，马桶圈是坏的，淋浴器是坏的，空调开到最大房间依然冷的要死。

房间面积不算大，但是房间卫生工作很到位，细节之处也不错。床也很软，离办事地点也非常近。之前因为一些问题致电前台处理，前台服务态度也非常好，很耐心滴帮我解决。好在最后一切都顺利处理完毕，事情也算圆满落幕了。感谢酒店的工作人员，辛苦了！
