家附近的酒店，很多年了，有点旧，过年或者节日家里有客人来时偶尔会入住，这次订的精致房，听前台说有重新装修过。还可以，就是房间比较闷。

携程和酒店的系统没有衔接好。为了直接入住成了别人的订单。和酒店确认后，酒店没有看到我的订单。还是通过给携程电话解决的。
生活中 都会有这样那样的小惊喜。解决问题 才是服务的关键。 携程已经伴随了我8年多了，一直都很不错。为客户提供生活的服务。
酒店地理位置好。距离公交站去余姚北动车高铁站也方便。价格也不错。服务贴心。
