服务到位，房间也乾净，视野很好。我们主要是为了吃三楼的中餐才订的。下楼可以直接去当地的最好的商场，价格相对是高的，但吃喝的东西还是好的。是感觉斯里兰卡为数不多好呆的地方。

This is the worst Shangri-La I have ever stayed in. The various room types are confusing. It is very unfriendly to guests who want to extend their stay. You cannot check in directly at the front desk. You must book online. Even if you book the same room type and price online, you will be forced to cancel and pay the cancellation fee before you can check in.
