我和家人在2月份入住芬妮概念酒店，刚进大厅楼层服务员和前厅服务员就很热情的跟我们打招呼。还送给女儿一个手持气球，女儿很喜欢，电梯要刷卡才能上楼，感觉很安全，隐私被保护了。楼道很宽敞也很漂亮，每间房都有指示灯很方便客人找到自己的房间，我们选择的美人鱼房间，进去房间，桌子上已经有一份一点和酸奶，很暖心 。房间环境整洁，床品干净，设计也很奇特，女儿研究了半天，很是开心。早上8点我们去餐厅用早餐，经过楼道时女儿说有一种要去森林野餐的感觉，餐厅服务员很热情，主动帮忙刷卡，早餐种类很多，中西式都有，还有一些即点即做，让人意外也暖心，总之，这是一次完美的入住，下次再来可以换一间房入住，也可以考虑入住亲子房！

酒店非常值得推荐，从大堂上楼进电梯需要刷卡，安全性很高，晚间还赠送了酸奶和西点，西点很好吃哦～，房间里边免费的茶叶。咖啡，都有。最贴心的是还有经期小床垫，这是在快捷酒店里根本就没有的东西，刷牙杯很有创意，可以看出来是精挑细选的，整晚睡得都很舒适，没有吵闹的声音，酒店是双层玻璃，虽然临街，但是一样安静，下次出差还会入住，
