周边环境比较荒凉，没什么人气，没什么商业设施，离郁金香公园业有一段车程。住的是一室一厅，沿路最北面一栋高楼，就是那种小户型板式高层安居房，好像是三梯十二户，简装，配简单家具。卫生还可以。电梯里有游泳池的宣传图片，但一问工作人员，住高层的酒店客人不能用，只对住会所的客人开放，典型的广告宣传与实际不符！其它评论里显示的所谓马桶上的卫洗丽也是会所房间里的，高层里没有，马桶是国产的杂牌。停车也只能停楼侧商业裙房边，不能开到地下室或院内，第二天下大雨，只能冒雨去取车，排队开进来接人，碰到个素质差的，车停公寓门口，人上去就不下来了，害得后面的人等了差不多20分钟，管理不善！

酒店距离花海开车五分钟，公寓面积很大，还有一个小客厅，也有电视空调等硬件，卫生不错，家庭出游方便，推荐。
