酒店很大，像一个大公园，环境非常不错；房间很大，设施完善，干净整洁，非常舒适；餐厅环境很好，菜品口味不错，服务员很热情。总体评价，酒店相当不错，很值！

酒店的环境比较好，湖边，花园，早上散散步挺不错。自助餐比较差，说是到晚上八点半，我们七点半到的，没什么吃的了，到八点打烊了，唯一一次吃自助餐没吃饱。

一进酒店就感觉没有选错，前台主动为我们升级房间，提出要求需要婴儿床马上就送过来了。自助晚餐和早餐也很满意，二楼的儿童乐园儿子女儿玩得都很开心。酒店周围环境也很美，就是很奇怪为什么节假日期间莎士比亚小镇几乎没有人，海盗王国好像根本不营业，海洋世界也是人烟稀少，麋鹿园和动物园人也不多，如果这些项目游人如织的话估计酒店生意会更好^_^
