设施老的咔咔响 退房查房等了近十分钟！一条毛巾被我吃饭时候擦了点油在上面 退房时候竟然扣了钱 我问前台请问毛巾是被我弄破了还是偷走了？竟然回答毛巾只能用来洗脸 不可以擦手！自认走遍祖国大好河山的我 被这家店好好上了一课。特别是前台的回答表情 呵呵 带有不屑和嘲讽 烂到无法呼吸。
