掌柜的超好，之前在艺龙预订，大概是店家和艺龙的沟通有问题，我已经担保定好的韩式榻榻米没房了，掌柜的就帮我免费升级到蜜月套房。整个电话沟通过程态度都很好，晚上到的时候因为路况复杂找不到，还有工作人员冒雨来路口接我们，时间晚了也还是态度很好，很赞！房间布置得也很好，床品舒适，热水充足，庭院和天台布置得也都很有情调，非常适合休息，下次还想来住！

客栈服务很好，需要什么服务生都会及时处理，洗澡水很棒，而且他们家还可以自己买菜做饭，很不错，因为在田园晚上睡觉很安宁，去他们家可以用高德导航，不然确实很难找的

客栈很干净舒服，老板人热情，尤其是做服务兼管理的小刘帅哥可好了，很晚了还出来接我们，还帮我们准备晚饭，真是太谢谢了。下次来大理，还住这里。
