房间环境不错，家具很新。服务也很不错，工作人员都很有耐心。由于带老妈出行所以订了双卧房，很方便、实用。阳台可以远观洱海，景致还是别有风味的。

我们选的是双卧套房，一家人住一起，感觉很好。床比较软，老人家不太习惯。酒店位置较偏，我们是包车出行，所以觉得还好

确实比较新，装修味道还有。前台态度很好，但是每天简单清理不够及时，矿泉水遗漏补充，还有多人入住后分开放置的浴巾避免混淆，不知道服务员为啥要挪动和收走。自驾去的话还不错，楼下公交车少。电视和显示器差不多大，只有客厅有空调，客房都没有。浴室为电热水器，多人使用需要等，并且浴室没有取暖装置，洗澡会冷。有烧水壶，电磁炉和洗衣机。景观确实很好，苍山洱海尽揽眼底。
