东北人在下关洱海边开的公寓酒店。硬件设施还可以。但我中途退房了，半夜12点离开出去重新找酒店。原因是入住过程中店方安排换房间，白天我们出去玩的，服务员挪行李，结果丽江淘来的鼓的羊皮被磕坏了。协商不成，只能自认倒霉。我要求要么店方换羊皮要么赔偿换羊皮的费用，而店方坚持要求原价买下该鼓，并且说不值钱的破鼓。该鼓虽不值钱，但是我们在丽江淘来的。不是钱的问题，而是对客人尊重的问题。最终自认倒霉，半夜12点出去找酒店，不过运气还好，出门遇上黑车，帮忙找到住的地方。

环境好，小区洋房。跟住家的感觉一样，还可自己做饭，方便。价格便宜。就在洱海边上，步行5分钟。

看到评价说老板人很好，果然是。为客人考虑。本来说这个房间Wi-Fi不一定安的上，我也接受了，来了一看老板还是想办法从楼上拉条线。

位置稍偏但生活还是很方便。小区在洱海边上，老板人非常好，免费接送。中途一天我们早上六点的火车到丽江大清早的大哥送我们到火车站还不收钱，推让中因为包里没零钱就给大哥放了二十在座位上，晚上返回大理的时候坐车回住处司机都收了三十，还真是不好意思呢，下次来大理一定还住这里。

建议入住，老板相当赞非常厚道健谈的东北汉子，房子很有家的感觉，在去双廊的路上，老板亲自来接，晚上一起撸串感觉像朋友一样，还是很开心的
