最先吸引我的是门头，很有型，进门摆的花草看起随意，却又离不开早上老板亲自浇水管理！服务态度特别好，老板很耐心，前台跟客房服务都很好

我是携程老客户，住了这么多酒店，从没有给过这么低的评分，也从没有这么细致地给过评价。住这个酒店是最让我生气的一次。服务态度太差了，服务员没有一点服务意识，卫生条件也不好。之前客栈通过携程客服主动联系我告知安排在一楼带独立卫生间的房间，结果住店时店家没有提前告知也没有给任何解释直接给我安排在二楼没有带卫生间的房间，上洗手间需要到公用的卫生间，卫生间里摆放了拖把、扫把、垃圾斗等清洁用具，使用过程非常不舒服。茶杯布满污垢，第一次使用时不小心碰到洗脸台，杯子断成两截，离店时主动告知前台并赔偿，店家竟然要我赔30元人民币，很气愤！服务员与老板沟通过程中，听到老板说一般赔20，就算我10元，欺负我们是外地游客听不懂似的！离开时请客栈帮我们叫车送到火车站，司机都在前台等了好一会，前台也没有电话通知我们。离开时与别人交谈才发现连住3晚，客栈是有安排接送到车站的，我们也是住3晚，而之前客栈只是让我们乘坐公交车。总而言之，非常不愉快的一次入住！

客栈位于洱海边，小院环境优美，就是一楼的房间面海有些遮挡，要看一流的海景要住二楼以上，周围是湿地公园可以走一走，风景一样的优美。
