N年的艺龙会员，第一次对艺龙给差评，我要的行政房改成豪华房，再改成温泉房，一而再，再而三地付完费说没房。就是为了诱导我定现在的房型？结果价格比网站上的贵了40元，我不知道这算不算欺骗.投诉了半天，人在高速，电话费浪费了几十元，结果翻来覆去艺龙没错，看来错的是消费者了。忍气吞声住进酒店，大门口奇葩的睡了一条狼狗，地下室做地面导致房间里全是刺鼻的油漆味.向酒店投诉后还没回应，无法入睡中，最差的一次体验。

第一次来大理，通过推荐订了他们酒店的房，日式迷你房很温馨是像榻榻米一样的女朋友很喜欢，酒店周边有很多饭店只要询问一下工作人员就很容易找到了。最关键的提供机场火车站免费接送！免费接送！免费接送！（重要的事情说三遍）很不错的入住体验。

已经第二次来了，酒店服务还是一如既往的好。酒店离洱海很近，而且提供免费租借自行车，吃完晚饭借张自行车绕着洱海骑行，真是妙不可言啊。

刚进酒店大堂前台工作人员就很热情的和我们问好，到酒店时刚好到饭点前台工作人员还很热情的向我们推荐周边的特色小吃。房间很干净温馨，来前打电话告知酒店我们是新婚夫妇酒店还给我们布置了花房，真的很棒。
