  位置：很近洱海，也离大理古城不远。非常适合早上看洱海日出！晚上去古城也方便。 服务：一百分满分的话，我给两百！老板和老板娘人都超级好～老板还包接送，老板娘做饭手艺好😁 装修布置：房间够大，总体很温馨，干净舒服。

  离洱海只有100多米，老板非常好人，住了两晚，早上到洱海边看早出，很方便，下次再光顾的，值得推荐。

  已经是老主顾了，只要来大理总少不了到丰呈别院住上几晚；老板娘的馒头依旧好吃，老板依旧热情，今年还添加了一只可爱的猫咪~ 最惬意的就是饭后到海边的散步，吹着微风，漫步在洱海生态廊道，夜晚在楼顶看星星，仿佛时间都静止了~

  位置离洱海生态长廊很近，而且酒店提供双人自行车，应该长廊里面唯一一辆，离古城就是有点远，不过老板人很好，可以免费接送，房间视野很好，早餐特别好吃

  已经迫不及待的来评论了，说实话，刚进来时有点失望，因为比较难找，不像大城市的高楼繁华酒店，它是民宿，但是入住后别有一番风情，给人一种远离城市的喧嚣的感觉，离海边也比较近，老板人特别好，如果是自驾的导航直接可以到，如果是其它交通老板会提前联系你要不要接机，因为自己来的话会比较难找，如果游洱海老板家有自行车可以免费骑，还有电瓶车，如果想到远点的如古镇老板也会开车送你，真的过来旅游可以考虑他家，推荐推荐图片出自自己手机拍的，绝对真实
