  服务满意度最开始是和客户和店员（老板）最开始见面的沟通！ 从一进店开始，店员就给了我们一楼的房间，感觉和我订的房间不一样，我问二楼可以安排吗？店员说二楼没有房间，后来其中一间房热水器坏了，没办法给我婆婆换了二楼。店员不是说二楼没有房间吗？ 退房的时候，一个女店员没有任何表情的叫我们自己写停车票！ 房间打扫的也不好，我不想拍照影响他们家的生意！ 总之，服务不满意，房间不满意，卫生不满意！

  酒店其实环境挺好，位置也很不错，就在古城里面，但是前台服务不行，特别是带眼镜那个服务小妹。入住第一天，枕套上有股明显的味道，直觉未进行更换，她很不耐烦的换了一个枕套，另外一个说不用换，感觉被套应该没有换过。走的时候，才发现，床单上面有很大一个污渍，入住的时候没有发现。反正体验不行，挂了不要打扰的牌子在外面，还是有人进来打扫房间，并且不放纸巾和一次性拖鞋，不知道进来干什么。
