环境不错，但是设施有待提高，没有烟灰缸，没有灭蚊器，餐厅有点远，还好有车子接送，床垫很舒服，可以有个好觉！总体上来说不错

别墅小院住得太舒服了，苍山脚下，空气太清澈，月光亮得刺眼。房间很棒、设计细致贴心。在业主中心观洱海阅读很惬意。总体服务热情，业主食堂个别素质差的员工令人扫兴，期待加强服务管理提升住客体验。很适合自驾游。大理的小院和希尔顿同属一个实力物业管理公司。
