酒店的服务员太没有规范了，一晚上吵吵吵，早早的也吵吵吵，整夜无法休息好，刚睡着被吓醒无数次，房间隔音实在太差，这根本不是睡觉，根本不是休闲，害怕了你们的服务员，早上起来头疼痛苦。

前台服务人员态度很差，爱理不理。业务也不熟悉，办退房，至今还拖着我的房卡押金未退。昨天、今天给前台打电话，得到的答复还完全不同…指望携程帮我讨押金回来吧～

这是一个很大的酒店，接了很多旅行团，酒店装修很新，但楼道很像学生宿舍，早餐不错，可圈可点，吃的比较舒心
