Great view, room was clean and has projector. Staff were super friendly and helpful, one of the male staff even helped us to find and buy some snacks that we were looking to bring back. He also helped to pick us up and drop us off at the train station.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel, but what truly set it apart was the exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
The staff was very attentive and offered to fetch us to and fro the high speed rail station and the hotel. The breakfast was good as well. They also recommended us to book a driver to bring us around Dali for a day, which was very helpful to us.

The staff took very good care of us, from fetching us to and from the train station to helping us with our taobao packages to recommending places to visit in Dali. The room we stayed in was big and the view was amazing. The breakfast they provide is also very yummy.

和朋友入住了两晚海景房，感觉非常棒！阳台上视野很好，苍山洱海尽入眼帘。床垫很舒适。前台小姐姐还有厨房阿姨都很热情周到！做衞生也很及时。

Excellent location, great food around! Most amazing view of Erhai~ Service is also great, will ask if theres a need for transport, easy to comms via wechat if need any amenities/ room service! they even gave us hot milk at night~ very genuine services and homemade breakfast included too!

The ocean view from our 29th-floor room was absolutely stunning! The service was top-notch; despite our early arrival, the staff kindly prepared breakfast for us and arranged an early check-in. The location is perfect, right across from a vibrant food street and next to Erhai Park. Waking up to the sight of seagulls and the breathtaking views of Haixi and Haidong was a highlight. I’ll definitely be back!

Is was a very fantastic stay! The host is very friendly, responsive and helpful. There are eateries just opposite and park within walking distance where there are presence of Seagulls.
The breakfast included is reasonably good and nice. The host would ask you if you would like to have another serving to ensure that you are full??
