It is the mosr wonderful stay we had in our many years of travelling. It beats all the big brand names hands down. Shangri-La, Hyatt, Four Seasons etc have a lot to learn from them. They even packed gifts for us when we left. Kudos to the team. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Will stay again if we visit Dali and will definitely recommend all to stay with them.

We’re foreigners and had no problem finding the place or registering our stay. The hotel has a lovely view of the lake and the sunrise. We particularly appreciated that the room had motorized curtains so we could stay in bed, push a button and have the curtains open automatically. The toilets have seat warmers which is a godsend in a cold night. The location is in between Dali old town and Xizhou old town so it was easy to take a Didi car around. There are manual bikes you can rent from a man who runs his stand right next to the hotel. Alternatively you can scan and rent public bikes a few hundred meters to the left of the hotel. The best thing though was the service. Every evening we were sent warm complimentary desserts to enjoy in our room, or a thoughtfully heated hot cup of milk. Every day we were given a generous bowl of fresh fruit to eat and it was always more than our family of 3 could finish. On the day of arrival it was especially windy and we were given fresh hot mixian to warm ourselves up. The breakfast buffet was also delicious everyday. Every member of staff we interacted with was always friendly, courteous and helpful. We would definitely recommend the hotel to our friends!

出发前一直在纠结住宿，最后凭感觉选了一家，
结果太惊艳了！！
首先店员在出发前就跟我联系确定了到店时间，可以开车直接到住宿的小院，路上有一段很窄，不过车不多不用担心。到了后，店员又主动地帮忙提箱子什么的，到房间惊呆了，窗外就是洱海，
而且对面就有个长廊，每天好多好多拍婚纱都在这里取景，非常满意。
其次，店员都非常热情，早餐供应到十二点，也简直太人性化了，随便你睡到几点起，自助早餐很丰富，米线真的好吃好吃！
最后，楼顶还有个类似天空之镜可以去拍拍照。
房间用品都充足，空调晚上也非常给力，不用担心温差太大，总而言之就是非常推荐！

设施：建议枕头可以稍微改进一下，其他都很好！
卫生：干净整洁
环境：在洱海S湾，窗外景色无敌了，晚上能听见浪声
服务：到位，小李很贴心，一进门就准备好热茶。送的水果新鲜，特别要说是店里的咖啡非常非常好喝，早餐丰富！

Strategic location! Locate in front of ER HAI, can rent bike outside of the hotel. All the staffs very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay here!!
