The hotel was very clean and well-designed, and we stayed in a room on level 3 with a superb view of the lake. There’s also an adorable cat roaming on level one.
Service was impeccable! You are added to a group chat with the hotel staff where help is offered 24/7. We had to extend our stay by a day as we were unwell and the staff went the extra mile, offering us ginger tea and a hot water flask. Most incredibly, they even assisted us with ordering dinner which they brought to our room and then refused payment.
We’ve stayed in many small boutique hotels but none with ‘butler service’ as brilliant as this hotel! We will definitely return again and again, and we strongly recommend this hotel to anyone heading to this part of town.

酒店服务贴心，工区环境优美，都是美美的海景，房间设计独具匠心，充满浓郁的白族风情。木质家俱、每一处细节都散发着古朴与雅致。海景房的大阳台更是一绝，清晨，第一缕阳光温柔地洒在脸上，拉开窗帘，洱海的波光粼粼便映入眼帘，水天相接，如梦如幻。床品柔软舒适，非常适合度假哦

来大理住的第一家酒店，真的太喜欢了，完全长在了我审美上，硬件条件各方面都ok，酒店餐厅和露台特别美，还有全天的茶水咖啡吧，咖啡水果小吃免费，早餐也丰富，管家全程对接，接送行李，酒店服务人员也都非常热情，还有猫咪非常可爱 幸福，让人都觉得羡慕呢～以后一定还要再来入住白居～ 大理白居艺海景酒店给你们点赞??
