酒店负责免费接送机，有免费早餐，前台小哥和司机小哥帅气且态度超好。想要体验一下海景房，选了好久选了这家，看中顶层的一间，提前十几天预订的。入住当天巧遇物业停水，订好的那间不能按时入住，前台小哥和老板姐姐耐心帮忙解决，结果让人很满意。酒店位于洱海东侧，距离市区和古城都有点远，但是酒店提供接送和租车服务，一趟70-100左右，比滴滴还是便宜些。虽然距离稍远但看苍山洱海景色确实不错。说说酒店服务吧，因为工作原因住过几家国际连锁的星级酒店，看价格以为是同类型酒店，到入住才发现是别墅区内的一个独栋，可能是个体的？总之设施超全，用品都有酒店名字，但老板和员工都很佛系，老板人超级超级超级好，对员工也特别好。这里的员工都是有固定上班时间的，貌似是九点到六点，早餐也是八点半以后才有，前台也并不像其他酒店24小时有人，我们进出的好几次都是前台空无一人，酒店大门大敞四开，足见治安有多好，哈哈。每天还会送食品水果，香蕉超甜，鲜花饼也很新鲜。从设施和员工态度方面来说物有所值～

在海东别墅区里，住的是海景房，阳台上就能看洱海，太漂亮了。以后去还住这，唯一不好的是得有车，不然出去就不方便了。
