说是海景房 其实底下就是个垃圾堆 能看到一点海，而且厕所的洗手盆是坏的，热水倒是挺好 就是照片与现实差距太大，离海边近，胡同里不能开进车 停车还要交30块钱 真是够坑

住的欧式海景，但是视觉效果不是很好，本来在这个上面看到优惠后的价格是378，后面到店后不知道为什么要478，另外一楼施工中
