我们住的是2-412房，卫生和早餐都很好，就是太吵了，睡不了觉，，车声，摩托声都太吵闹了。还有让我很恼火的一点就是，我们已在网上付了房费，到前台还要我们又付一次，说什么，网上的费用，五个工作日后会返还给我们，不麻烦吗？你们酒店直接跟携程交接就行了，住一晚就付了两次房费

出差，下关城区着实没个好点的酒店，海湾又太贵，本想贪便宜选老的苍山饭店凑合一晚，但看了配套过于陈旧，所以选了新址试试。今年才开业，整个酒店装修味道很重，住客都是人肉净化器，不过房间基本是按四星要求来配置的还算满意。前台热情结算快、房间隔音、整洁卫生、床舒服、wifi速度超快、空调给力、水热且大、控制开关合理、停车方便、地理位置好绝对是优势，槽点也多：1、枕头太高不透气，半夜竟然出了一头汗… 2、站在浴盆里淋浴没问题，但至少弄个浴帘吧？水溅得到处都是… 3、早餐种类少，8点40去的东西几乎没什么了，问服务员说不会再加，稀豆粉咸得无法入口，煮品就杂酱一种冒差评！

我们出门必须住好点，第一天在古镇旁边和这家价格差几十，各方面都不能和苍山饭店比，新装休卫生没话说，价格合理，对我们出门游玩的，住的舒适度好很高，早餐也不错，希望一直下去

携程上订的，选的是368的，可付费却按398，不知道怎么回事。还有大半夜的楼下有一男一女一直在乱吼乱叫，好久。其余都还不错
