第一天住在312房，发现厕所里有下水道味道，酒店马上派人处理。第二天一早不到6点隔壁客栈的员工上班、吃早餐，声音很大，持续了近一个小时，把我们吵醒了。和水云书院的服务员反映后，她请示领导，很快就给我们换到了228房。这让我们很感动，该酒店的服务真是没说的，每个服务员见到客人都会打招呼问好，早餐数量和质量可比五星级酒店了。我会把水云书院精品酒店推荐给来大理旅游的朋友！

位置环境都不错，服务也很好，唯一不足的是第一晚的房间马桶不好用，电老跳闸，第二天换房间后很好，值得带家人入住！
