原本定的是山景房，在9楼。但刚入住，就发现房间里有非常严重的恶臭。请服务员看过后要求换房。由于旺季人多房间少，很难调换出合适的房间，于是我提出加钱换到海景房。因为带着孩子，希望海景标间，但当时海景标间也没有了，只有大床房。前台提出可以加床。山景换到海景要求加220元，然后说加床，说加280.真的是因为我的理解能力有限吗、还是我太高估了所谓外资酒店的服务？我的认为是总共加280元。毕竟当时是因为实在没房可换才加钱升级的，但是实上，酒店要求每天房价加500元。最后结账时，为了这笔乱帐，足足耽搁了40分钟，差点11个人的行程都被耽搁。大堂经理们事实也是尽力了，但明显酒店对顾客的重视程度不够，他们的权限非常有限。不可否认，海景房的景色很美，但酒店对顾客的态度实在太斤斤计较！

新酒店装修不错，酒店环境很好住了两天海景房，有些恋恋不舍得感觉，有机会再去的话还会选择这家酒店，喜欢！
